Why are there no prices on this page?
Because the honest number depends on scope, and a menu price would either overcharge a simple project or under-deliver on a complex one. AceSite quotes per project after a discovery call, and the quote lists exactly what is included before any work starts.
What changes the price most?
Three things: how many pages need original copywriting, whether the site has to do something beyond presenting information, and how many systems it must integrate with. Design complexity matters far less than people expect.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, typically 50% to schedule the work and the balance on launch. Larger system builds are billed against milestones so you are never far ahead of delivered work.
Are there ongoing costs?
Domain renewal, hosting, and optionally a care plan. That is the full list. There is no licence fee for the site itself and no charge for continuing to exist.
What if we need to add things later?
Additions are quoted as their own small projects, or covered under a retainer if you have one. Nothing you asked for at the start becomes an extra later — that is what the signed scope prevents.
