Privacy policy
AceSite collects only the information you choose to send us — your name, contact details and what you tell us about your project. We use it to reply to you and to deliver work you have asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone who is not working on your project.
Who we are
AceSite, based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. You can reach us at singhadhil18@gmail.com or +27 78 222 9754.
What we collect
- Information you send us. Anything you include in a WhatsApp message, email or project brief — typically your name, business, city, budget range and a description of your problem.
- Basic analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics about how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and where visitors arrived from.
- Nothing else. This site has no contact form that posts to a server, no advertising trackers, and no third-party marketing pixels.
How the project brief works
The brief on our contact page runs entirely in your browser. It assembles the text of a message and hands it to WhatsApp or your email client. Nothing is transmitted to us until you press send yourself, from your own account.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, to quote and deliver work, and to keep the business records the law requires us to keep. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except service providers we need in order to do the work — for example a hosting provider or an email provider — and only to the extent required. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years. Records relating to work we have done are kept for the period required by South African tax and company law.
Your rights under POPIA
South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email us and we will action it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics in use is configured to be aggregate and non-identifying.
