The problem
Enquiries arrived as missed calls and Facebook messages, and nobody could say which jobs were profitable. Quotes were written by hand, often days late, and the firm lost work to whoever replied first.
What we did
- Rebuilt the service list around margin rather than around what the team found interesting to talk about
- Wrote one page per service so each could rank for its own search demand
- Added a structured enquiry flow that captures site type, urgency and location up front
- Automated quote generation from that form, cutting turnaround from days to under an hour
